1. DESIGN OF SPECIFIC CSR METHODOLOGY for the Agrofood-ecological products industry that will also allow the four regions taking part in the project to work in a similar and coordinated way thanks to the protocol created for the said purpose.

The main tasks for developing the methodology are as follows:

  • 1.1 Definition of a set of specific CSR indicators for the Agrofood industry to allow the identification and supervision of CSR best practices.

  • 1.2 Design of specific metrics for each indicator to assess the level of implementation of CSR in each enterprise, which will reveal the level of excellence attained.
  • Based on these results, the enterprises will be able to draw up customised improvement plans.

  • 1.3 Preparation of a research cuestionario with ad hoc indicators for carrying out the research directly on the enterprises.

  • 1.4 Internal work protocol to make the work carried out by the five partners consistent, defining the terms for each action and the reports to be delivered to the leader to analyse the overall results.

2. IDENTIFICATION AND ANALYSIS OF BEST CSR PRACTICES in 20 Agrofood- ecological products companies in each of the regions taking part, which means that a total of 80 enterprises will be analysed.

To realize the interviews to the companies it will be used a CSR questionnaire designed in the Methodology.

3. IDENTIFICATION OF INSTITUTIONAL INSTRUMENTS AND ACTIONS IN CSR implemented in each of the regions taking part.

4. GAUGING OF THE LEVEL OF EXCELLENCE ATTAINED BY THE ENTERPRISES AND SELECTION OF THE EXCELLENT ENTERPRISES.

5. WEBSITE DESIGN AND PROVISION OF CONTENTS ON THE PLATFORM, This will be the tool for providing and publishing information, results, links and opinions, as well as exchanging CSR initiatives and experiences among the stakeholders and the member states of the EU.

6. DISSEMINATION MATERIAL about the project for the four regions, comprising informative posters and brochures, as well as the final guide to best practices in CSR in the Agrofood-ecological products industry, with real examples of the enterprises taking part.

7. PROJECT MANAGEMENT, coordination of the tasks to be carried out by the regions taking part, regular provision of information to the Commission on the work carried out, the results obtained, the monitoring work carried out and the allocation of funds.
