Is a public body attached to theregional Ministry of Economics, Enterprise and Innovation and established in 1986. As Regional Development Agency, INFO-MURCIA is responsible for co-ordinating most aspects of regional economic development including promotion of technical and financial services to regional SMEs, (e.g. information services, business co-operation, export promotion, innovation schemes, business facilities, RTD etc.) building soft infrastructures such as Technological or Business Innovation Centres and attracting investment to the region.

INFO is to support economic growth and employment, competitiveness and responsible production of regional companies, including best CSR practices on quality, conciliation, entrepreneurship, women entrepreneurs, local development, ICTs, innovation, etc., and is member of the Enterprise Europe Network from 2008, aiming to support business and innovation at regional level.

INFO is also the public body responsible to promote business infrastructures for Start-Ups and Spin-off initiatives, support two Business Innovation Centres and the new regional Science & Technology Parks. Also provides financial support to entrepreneurs through Microcredits. In the frame of the Initiative Equal 2005-2007, e-Micro Project aimed to foster business creation with the assistance of ICTs and to modernize micro-SMES. INFO organizes since 2006 the yearly regional summit Enterpreneurship Day, with more than 1000 starts up visits.

INFO has participated in the core-committees for planning and programming of the Regional Economic and Development Plans oriented to create more and better jobs, as well as the core Committee which has prepared the Strategic Plan for the Regional Economy implemented over the period 2000-2006 and 2007-2013.

INFO was the 1st intermediary organisation responsible for the implementation of EU's Global Grant – ERDF funded, carried out during 3 periods from 1990 to 2006, and whose main actions were: Improving financial situation of SME, Fostering innovation management and increasing of quality standards, Internationalisation and foreign promotion of products, Valorisation of regional economic resources, Improvement of competitiveness, Promotion of the local and social development as well as best economic equipment and infrastructures.

As far as the European Social Fund (ESF) is concerned, INFO managed an amount of over 9 Mecus/year to implement the Regional Operational Programme for Training and Employment of Human Ressources 1994-1999.

CROEM (Confederacion Regional de Organizaciones Empresariales de Murcia), is the most important Employer's Union in the Region, backed by 70 professional associations and thousands of companies over the region.

CROEM is responsible for training and support services to companies on risk prevention, environment, labour relations, professional guidance, access to employment, quality, business start-ups, entrepreneurship awareness raising, equal opportunities, microenterprises, support to sectorial associations ..

As main programmes related to Employment and business enterpreneurship, CROEM gives support to Starts-up throught a yearly programme open to more than 30 business starters; and has taken part in the EU Initiative Equal 2005-2007, with an e-Micro Project aimed to foster business creation with the technical assistance of ICTs.

Also, signed a Social Pact for Environment (2005-2007) oriented to raise awareness and good practices on the Social Responsibility initiative towards the Climate Change (RSCO2), and the Environmental System according to EU Standard (EMAS) and international Standard UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2004. On Risk Prevention: technical assístance for companies and better conditions for safety at workplaces (2006) and diagnosys on the implication of the regional plan against drugs for companies over the period 2008-2010.

Agro Business Park A/S is a private company responsible for the daily running of the Agro Business Science Park. The most important role of Agro Business Park A/S is identification and dissemination of new knowledge as well as advisory service to entrepreneurs within the agro-industrial sectors. Agro Business Park A/S is involved in many projects characterised by innovation and exchange of knowledge within the fields of agriculture, food processing and environmental technologies.

The Agro Business Park has experience working with CSR from previous projects and from the daily work of guiding entrepreneurs. Especially, strong competences are within CSR-innovation, environmental activities and supply chain management.

Agro Business Park A/S is one of the main agents in the Regional Food Innovation cluster based in central Denmark together with the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences of Aarhus University, AgroTech, VIFU food network and Denmark's Technical University.

Dealing with CSR, our organisation managed from 2004 to 2008, the ethical progress of companies in this agrofood sector which has mostly been due to social and labour initiatives, including social sponsorship, community investments and fair trade programmes. In 2007, the workfield dealt towards environmental concerns and the fuel dilemma in 2008. The non essential image of most innovation in the food and beverage sector is a serious CSR challenge.

In 2006 EC supported the project entitled: Corporate Social Responsibility for SMEs, aimed to create an analysis of the status of CSR of SMEs in 6 danish regions. Some 30 training events for SMEs and business intermediaries, target questionnaires, comparative surveys were undertaken.

ABP is currently in contact with the co-operative retail sector concerning the CSR campaigns for climate change and organisations in other Scandinavian regions working on the problem.

Alintec - Alleanze per l'innovazione tecnologica (Alliances for technological innovation) has the aim to link the world of research and entrepreneurs by assisting companies making a success driver out of technological innovation, to support the launch and development of high-tech companies, to facilitate the diffusion of technological innovation by supporting policy makers in the definition and management of specific support schemes, with the ultimate goal to increase the competitiveness of companies and the strength of the economic system.

Alintec was a partner of the European funded RESPONSE project aiming to mainstream CSR practices throughout European SMEs by demonstrating the link with innovation and producing a CSR-Innovation model (CSR:I3), allowing SMEs to implement CSR practice as value adding activities which are, at the same time, socially responsible and contribute to innovation performance

Foundation for Promotion of Entrepreneurship (FPE), Lodz, established in 1990 as part of the British Know-How Fund for Poland Programme, is a strong training, information and advisory centre. The mission of FPE is to contribute to the economic growth of the country and the Region of Lodz in particular, by development of the spirit of entrepreneurship, integration of business community, initiating and delivering of educational and advisory activities.

FPE has good relations with business community, business organizations, the universities and R&D institutions, NGOs as well as local authorities and government administration in the field of regional policy, education and innovation. Since 2003 FPE is the Commune Information Centre with main task to inform about opportunities and conditions of EU labor market and education. FPE is included in the National SME Services Network and the National Innovation Network as well as it is an associated member of the European Regions Research and Innovation Network (ERRIN). Since 2008 FPE became a centre of Enterprise Europe Network.

FPE has a long experience in development and delivery of projects in various fields, also in international co-operation (grants Phare Struder I and II, Phare Fiesta, Management Box, Phare Sci-Tech II, Exprom I and II, LGPP - Local Government Partnership Programme/USAID, British Know-How Fund, MATRA, Leonardo da Vinci, Join Actions: Socrates, Leonardo da Vinci, Youth, Framework Programmes, Structural Funds and others). FPE obtained the Quality Management Certificate according to the EN ISO 9001:2000 standard for providing services in training, consultancy, information and innovation. In 2006 was awarded with INVESTOR IN HUMAN CAPITAL Emblem and in 2007 received the title of COMPANY PRIMUS INTER PARES.
